To explain the question: I was shuffling through my sketchbooks trying to find stuff to scan, when I came across a picture that made me die with laughter and squirm with brain-breakege... thus I need to ask this.

Uhhh, personally? No, I can't, as turtles don't grow hair, but I suppose I might be alright with it, depending on the style of hair and art.
